We are always excited about meeting new patients.  Your initial appointment will consist of a thorough examination and a discussion of potential treatment options. This important 90-minute visit will give us insight into your dental needs. We know your time is valuable, so to expedite treatment it would be helpful for you to go ahead and complete the attached forms.  The examination includes diagnostic x-rays, thorough health history, head and neck oral cancer screening, full mouth periodontal charting, exploration of treatment planning options for needed care, and teeth cleaning and polishing.  If you have dental insurance please bring your insurance card and identification. By providing this information at the first visit, we will be able to give you an estimate of your costs.
